Common Signs of Broken Pipes & Leaking Faucets:
✅ Noises: If you hear bubbling sounds or groaning noises coming from pipes or walls chances are your house isn’t haunted – you’re likely to have a plumbing leak from a broken pipe. |
✅ Puddles of Water: If you see a puddle of water on floor or near a wall and you didn’t drop or spill anything on the ground – you have a high probability of have a leak in a broken pipe from unbeknown to you source. Don’t be mistaken – some of these puddles of water tend to be in water concentrated areas that appear to be normal such as in kitchens and bathrooms. |
✅ Moldy or Funks Smells: While your kitchen and bathroom may not always be the most fragrance appealing, an extreme odor that makes you turn up your nose or hold your breath may indicate a bigger issue. Many of times when there is a steady drip due to a leak from a break in a pipe mold and other smells trigger the first sign of the problem. |

✅ Reduced Water Pressure: If it’s taking a while for your water to come out of a faucet there could be an underlying reason why.
